The countdown has been on for quite awhile. The excitement level is rising. Fingers are crossed 🤞🏼 that all our plotting and scheming goes according to plan.
We head to the Goldcoast for a couple of days before flying out of Brisbane for Los Angeles on the 19/2/24. We will have just over 7 weeks in the USA, before going to London, Turkey, Egypt & Qatar. Mark wants to be in Gallipoli for Anzac day as his grandfather landed there so our whole trip has been planned around that.
We have tours booked in LA, New York, London, Turkey x2 and Egypt (including a 3 night cruise on the Nile river).
We have booked tickets to Disneyland, to climb the staircase in the Statue of Liberty and visit Westminster Abbey.
This trip we decided to get some help from Aspire Travel agents in Maryborough with the organising of the tours and flights. Together with our efforts I think we have organised an exciting adventure.

The first day in America we are off to Disneyland and I'll be heading straight to see the castle.
We've been discussing what to call the blog, currently it's '5 countries in 3 months'.
It's been suggested we change it to Fido or World 1 or Travel McTravelley face. What do you think? Leave a comment and let me know.
Only a week to go before we fly out. After our crazy summer weather I'm looking forward to the temps in the teens in LA.
